Within 3 months, the organization was restructured to clarify goals of different hierarchical layers together with a full-scale KPI system and culture-building practices; improve productivity, morality; and achieve a retention rate of 95%.

We succeeded in building a solid network of leading institutes, spanning from kindergartens to colleges and research institutes globally, with the full establishment of 05 new collaborative projects internationally, reaching a scale of 20 in total.

What we did

While the client initially thought that the main roadblock lying in their operating procedure, after diagnosis we quickly figured out what concerned staff more was their lack of clarity in where the whole school is heading. We followed two steps:
